Photographers & Owners Jay Rathbun and Allie Moore
It all started in a high school darkroom photography class. That’s where Jay and I fell in love. . .both with each other and with our craft. Our relationship started with an old Nikon, a Canon Rebel, a couple of rolls of T-MAX film, and a Friday night dinner date at Red Robin. Now, 8 years later we still go on Friday night dinner dates and our camera equipment has multiplied. We first started working professionally together in 2010. Technicolor Vision gives us the great opportunity to work together and meet incredible clients along the way.
Besides his work here, Jay is really excited about abstract algebra, exploring new technology, and listening to This American Life. Allie loves talking politics, shopping at Goodwill on half-off day, and reading as many books as humanly possible.
We believe that:
- The best pictures are the ones that capture you in your element and loving the people around you. We always strive to create portrait settings where that’s what we capture.
- Small businesses are an important part of building a community. We are happy to donate time and talent for Denver area non-profits. In the past, we’ve worked with Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, Invisible Children, The Make a Wish Foundation, and the Church World Service Harvest of Hope. If you know of a worthy cause that needs a volunteer photographer or donated services send us an e-mail.
- Love doesn’t discriminate. We are honored to take part in the celebrations of all couples and families. We’re proud to support marriage equality and serve the LBGTQ community.
