Homage to Steve Jobs

As the bigger technology nerd, I thought it was appropriate to take this time to pay my respect to Steve Jobs.  His creative vision has pushed Allie’s and my work in ways I had never reflected upon before.  As a former Apple employee, I can say he will truly be missed.  I have never met as many people as I did while with Apple who had as much respect for one person as we employees had for our company head.  I thank him personally for the revolutions he began in 2001 with the iPod.  To see the technology industry as united in this figure as I have seen today is testimony to his greatness. -jay

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
-Steve Jobs, 2005 Stanford Commencement Speech
